We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds under any circumstance. All sales are final once they start being processed. If you need to make a change to your order due to selecting the wrong size, then please contact us within 24 hours to make the change.
All products are made to order and are lovingly, handcrafted. There may be small imperfections in the sewing that can happen as a result. Additionally, coloring of the product or placement of the sewing patterns may differ.
The only exception to this policy is if you received a damaged, defective or wrong item. If your product was damaged during the shipping process, then please refer to our question “What happens if my package was lost or damaged?” If your item is defective or is the wrong item, then we will accept an exchange and it must be reported no later than five (5) business days upon receipt of your order.

Processing and production time is 2-4 weeks. Once your product(s) have been handmade and inspected, then your order will be shipped via the shipping selection you made at checkout.
If you purchased Route Package Protection insurance at checkout, then please reach out to us via email for further steps.
If you did not purchase Route Package Protection insurance, then we are not able to send a replacement. We highly encourage purchasing the insurance at checkout to protect your package from lost, theft or damage.
